Understanding Self-Knowledge

As children, we are taught about the world around us instead of learning more about ourselves and the power we have within. When we become adults it seems we are caught up with growing our financial wealth and learning how to fit into society.  At what point does it become important to find a better understanding of life through gaining self-knowledge?  Now seems to be the best time.


Below you will see the areas in life we can learn more about to help us gain a much better understanding of self-knowledge. When we focus on each of the 8 points and continue to grow, the world naturally becomes more of what we desire. When we have a better sense of who we are, it allows us to grow in ways that might have seemed out of reach before.

Self-awareness:

Recognizing and being conscious of one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This involves being present in the moment and understanding the various facets of one's own personality.

Self-reflection:

Deliberately contemplating and examining one's experiences, values, and choices. This process often leads to insights about personal goals, desires, and areas for growth.

Understanding Motivations:

Identifying the underlying motives and driving forces behind one's actions and decisions. This involves exploring the deeper reasons for behavior and choices.

Personal Values and Beliefs:

Clarifying the values, principles, and beliefs that guide one's life. Understanding what is truly important helps shape decision-making and behavior.

Strengths and Weaknesses:

Acknowledging both strengths and areas for improvement. Embracing strengths can boost confidence while addressing weaknesses can lead to personal development.

Life Purpose and Meaning:

Exploring one's sense of purpose and seeking meaning in life. This involves understanding what brings fulfillment and a sense of accomplishment.

Emotional Intelligence:

Developing an awareness of one's own emotions and the ability to manage them effectively. This includes recognizing emotions in others and navigating interpersonal relationships.

Continuous Learning:

Embracing a mindset of ongoing self-discovery and growth. This involves being open to new experiences, learning from challenges, and adapting to change.

Cultivating self-knowledge is a fundamental aspect of personal development and contributes to building a more authentic, fulfilling life. It involves a lifelong journey of exploration and self-discovery.

What do you want? Are you searching for physical and emotional healing? Is it a physical discomfort driving you? Would you like to release emotional blocks or heal trauma? Discovery of self and insight can propel people into a journey full of pleasant surprises. When you begin to dive into each of these your world will become larger and more peaceful.


As the famous philosopher Socrates stated: "The unexamined life is not worth living."


When we begin to learn more about ourselves, we gain a much better understanding of life itself. If we are not examining who we are, are we really living? What other purpose do we have on this planet? 

Socrates also said: "Know thyself". 


Keep in mind "Know thyself" is more than the obvious. We can dig down and find the actual source of an emotion. Once you know how certain body parts can influence your energy and mood, it becomes easier to see things in a much more holistic way. Think about it like this: Your body is giving you an alarm. From there your mind can process it. The mind can also give alarms while the body processes it. Both systems are connected and help guide us as needed.


My journey started as a self-healing path. For about 15 years now, I've been studying a lot of different ways to heal. As each new method was learned, I fell in love with it. Hypnosis (don't believe Hollywood) is amazing! NLP is even more powerful. Reiki is truly life-changing. Regression allows for the most in-depth insight you can imagine. Muscle testing is weird and wonderful because it is very accurate. Understanding how the energy of your organs have and use automatically impacts your emotional energy, gives you a much better sense of self.


As I learned more about each, friends and family would reap the rewards. Since then, I have found helping others grow is, and has been my life calling. Working with all these methods and several others has taught me two things: First, they are all tools used to help make changes in life. The other, while they are all very powerful and effective, they don't all work the same for everyone. So, when we combine the different methods and techniques we have a single powerful tool. This allows us to tailor each session as needed to get you to your goal.


A single session seems to be the best approach because it is focused attention the entire time we are together. This is the day your life changes for the better in all directions. There is no time limit for us to work together. Most sessions take 4 to 6 hours. While this may seem like a long time, trust me, we are steadily moving towards your goal. We begin with a conversation about your past and present. Often, the conversation itself has a big part in healing. From there, we will work with Reiki energy and paint a better picture of chakras, organs, and emotions. Breathwork and meditation may be included. From there, I'll remind you of what to expect with the regression then begin the journey.


Before we part ways for the day, we spend as much time as you need discussing your experience. I'm here to answer any questions and talk about anything you want. We will also schedule a follow-up conversation for the following week to talk through any AH-HA moments. You will also receive a recorded audio of the regression. I recommend listening to it by yourself the first time. Then listen a few more times because every time you hear it, you are coming at it from a totally new perspective. This in turn can provide even deeper answers. If you care to share with others at this point, feel free.

P.S. Most people only have a single session because they get all the information they need. The interesting thing is, that more and more people are deciding to come back because they have learned so much that they want to keep going. Since we have taken care of so much the first time, there is a discount for all follow-up appointments.
